Dr. Mullins completed his undergraduate degree at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Later, he attended New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, and performed his residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington. Dr. Mullins deepened his expertise in colorectal surgery through a fellowship at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
Today, Dr. Mullins delivers care to a diverse group of patients at Colon and Rectal Surgeons of Greater Hartford. He is proud to be a part of the only practice in Connecticut that offers a colon and rectal surgery teaching residency.
